Shipping and Returns

At Love Your Temples, we want your experience to always be positive. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will do everything possible to make the return process quick, easy, and fair .

✅ Return conditions

  • You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
  • Products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging .
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, returns on earrings, underwear, socks, and personalized products are not accepted .
  • Some items may have slight variations in color, size, or finish , as they are handmade pieces. These differences are not considered defects, but rather part of their unique character.

🚚 Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt.
  • We'll ask for photos of the product to speed up the process and offer you the best solution: refund or replacement.

💸 Return costs

  • In case of a defective product or an error on our part , we assume all return costs.
  • If the product is unwanted , the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

💳 Refunds and exchanges

  • Once the item has been received and inspected in the warehouse, we will process your refund within 3 to 7 business days .
  • Exchanges are handled as returns: you first return the original item and then you can place a new order with the desired product.

Write to us at hello@loveyourtemples.com indicating:

  1. Order number.
  2. Item(s) to be returned.
  3. Reason for return.

We'll guide you step by step and provide the appropriate return address or label for your product and supplier.

  • Standard (2 to 5 business days) → €4.90
  • Free on orders of €50 or more

🇪🇺 European Union

(Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden)

  • International Standard (4 to 10 business days) → €8.90
  • Free on orders of €79.90 or more
